Wi-Rider provides the innovative radio resource management to users for maximizing user's connectivity and throughput, while minimizing the power consumption.

Our innovative solutions allow mobile devices to determine the available wireless networks and user behavior, while simultaneously helping to establish the hyper-network ecosystem and to build a global radio database by monitoring and collecting the wireless usage information from the users. In the ecosystem, all these operations are performed in the application layer and independent from carrier’s involvement.

The foundation of the technology was come from Cognitive Radio research at Georgia Electronic Design Center (GEDC) in Georgia Institute of Technology. GEDC is the member of CogNeA, the industry alliance to develop new standards in TV White Space.
